- Please fill the Application Form with proper details and read the instructions carefully.
- Attach the documents as per the details given in the Application form.
- Post/Courier this form to the below address mentioned below:

Instructions to Be Followed:
- Candidate must have secured minimum 55% in 12th and Graduation. (Note: Final year Students can also apply by providing the mark sheets/certificates of Second Year)
- Have Basic Knowledge of English
- The last date for Downloading the Application Form is 25th August, 2011.(Form receiving through Post/Courier after 30th August, 2011 will not be taken into consideration.)
- Decision of the Panelist/Judges will be final.
- Scholarships are awarded to the Candidates who want to pursue for Post Graduation in Management Studies.
- Scholarship Amount will be given directly at the college where the student is applying for the Post Graduation in Management Studies.
