MICA students’ biz acumen bags honour for them
A team of three second year students of Mudra Institute of Communications, Ahmedabad, (MICA), secured fifth position at Global Marketing Competition held recently in Spain. The contest, that attracted 1,400 entries from all over the world, was organised by ESIC Business and Marketing School, Spain. The group of Vikesh Jain, Satyaprem Upadhyay and Abhishek Iyer was one of the 36 shortlisted teams which was invited to the finals. After defending their business plan before an illustrious panel of internationally acclaimed academicians and industry experts in Spain, the team won the fifth place. The prize included 1000 Euros, 50 per cent scholarship to ESIC and a trip to Spain.
